Tiny Baby Set

This design is for all the early-bird, tiny babies, also know as premature.

Easy mock cable pattern, or you can knit it in double rib instead, even quicker.

The pattern for the hat is worked in the round and the booties and mittens are knit flat.

Prem 0 (babies up to1.5lbs or 0.7kg), Prem 1(babies 1.5 -3.5 lbs or 0.7 -1.6 kg), Prem 2 (babies 3.5- 5.5 lbs or 1.6 -2.5 kg), Prem 3 (babies 5.5 -7.5 lbs or 2.5 -3.4 kg) Newborn( babies 7.5 lbs-10 lbs or 3.4-4.5 kg
