Tidepools and the  water running over and through rocks, collecting in  pools and finally flowing freely through the underwater  forests of the ocean is depcited in this generously  sized, top down crescent to half circle shawl.

Yarn  2 skeins Madelinetosh Pashmina (75% Merino, 15%  Silk, 10% Cashmere; 360 yards / 329 m per skein)  Sport weight yarn  Sample in ‘Cousteau’  Needles  US 5 (3.75 mm) min 32”/ 80cm circular needle to  hold large number of stitches, or size to obtain  gauge

Gauge  24 st and 32 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette st

Finished Size  61”/ 152 cm wingspan tip to tip, 21”/ 53 cm center  back depth
