The Secret Garden Socks

The socks were inspired by an Into the Whirled club yarn. The bright colors just wanted to be spring flowers. The Rosebud design is meant to create cascading flowers up the foot and legs.

I recommend using a small crochet hook to work the rosebud leaves and the bud itself. It makes picking up the yarn to pull through, much easier. Also, by making the flower/bobble portion with a crochet hook, instead of a traditional knit bobble, the little bulb that it creates lays much flatter. This makes it ideal for use on a foot. It will be more of a puff rather than a hard ball.
