The Long Walk

This pattern was inspired by a good friend of mine signing up for a 100k walk to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. I knitted the sample socks as a gift to her to wear on her walk. The simple lace panel is designed to look like footsteps, and the twisted stitch panel represents a long winding path. 15% of the profit from each pattern sale will be donated to her justgiving page to raise additional funds for her charity walk.
