Tangled! Tresses - A Fashion Scarf

The inspiration for this pattern is my love for mermaids, both real and imaginary. I often wonder how a mermaid keeps her amazingly beautiful hair from being tangled -- especially when she has hair in so many colors decorated with starfish, shells, and bubbles!!!!!

I gathered together different yarns and created color schemes that remind me of a mermaid’s tresses. I then worked on a strategy to keep them tangle-free as I knitted them together. I loved the result so much that I also tried crocheting them which resulted in a similar pleasing fashion scarf…thus was born the Tangled! Tresses Fashion Scarf in a knitted version and a crocheted version.
