Summertime Potholders

Cute for any kitchen! Knit up the “cactus” or “watermelon” slice! OR knit up both for a cool gift! These are both fast and easy to knit. Such a novelty item, and not your ordinary potholders for sure! Use worsted weight cotton yarns, knitting needles, US # 6 to make them thick and heat resistant. Cactus measures 8½“ tall. Melon slice is 8½” by 5”. Make some not only for friends, but for yourself too! These make up quickly!
