Summer Picnic for 18" Dolls

Summer Picnic, #2497. Here’s our girl all ready for a picnic in the park sporting her watermelon-themed ensemble. Crochet pattern leaflet includes instructions to make a dress, sandals, slip, sandals and hat made from cabled cotton (or substitute worsted weight acrylic) with accessories in perle cotton (you may substitute #10 thread). Fits 18” American Girl Dolls, Springfield Dolls, Götz Dolls and similar sized dolls.

Gauge With G hook and worsted weight cotton:  4 sts and 5 sc rows, 3 hdc rnds or 2 dc rnds  = 1 inch.

With size 7 steel hook and #5 perle cotton:  8 sc and 9 sc rows = 1 inch.
