Sophorine

Sophorine is a versatile top which can be worked with short set-in sleeves or as a sleeveless top. It features a V-neck and options to work texture, colour stripes, or mix both. It's a straightforward project with simple details, a canvas for creative summer garments.

Techniques used : Top down set-in sleeves tee or sleeveless top

Purl or colour stripes

Upper body worked flat

Shoulders shaped with German short rows

V-neck shaping with simple increases

Straight Body worked in the round

Optional German short rows bust darts (based on cup size)

Tee : Short set-in sleeves shaped with Wrap & Turn short rows, fitted with simple and double decreases

Top : Armhole edgings fitted with double decreases at the underarm
