Smooth As Silk Scarf

When I first learned to knit, I was looking desperately for a pattern like this!

It’s an easy, soothing knit using mainly garter stitch, with an I-cord edge (Beginners: that just means slipping two stitches at the end! You can do it!)

Pattern instructions are written, and while this specific yarn is listed as Sport, my testers and I found it to be closer to DK. If you do decide to use a Fingering/Sock or DK weight yarn instead of the yarn listed above or a Sport weight yarn, you may get an ever-so-slightly smaller or larger scarf, respectively.
