Product Description
This fox is ready to enjoy an autumn walk, with binoculars for bird-watching and a satchel to carry them in. The coat and trousers can be removed for dress up play. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the fox and outfits are knit in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). A crochet hook is used only to make a single chain for the binocular strap and bag loop closure. For intermediate knitters and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. This pattern also incorporates intarsia colour-work, and picking up and knitting stitches on an edge. Fox stands at 27cm tall from toes to tips of ears.
