Design and Construction

The Pops Cowl combines cable and rib stitch patterns to create visual interest and texture while maintaining structural integrity. The design uses a 2x2 rib pattern as a foundational element, which provides both elasticity and a refined appearance. The incorporation of cable stitches adds depth and dimension to the finished cowl, creating a sophisticated look that works well for both casual and dressed-up occasions.

Knitting Techniques

The designer used 242 yards of the Father yarn and 146 yards of the Silk Cloud yarn in the sample, demonstrating that yarn blending or substitution is possible within the worsted weight category.

Needles and Tools
