Pony Tail Popper

This is a reversible beanie especially designed for pony-tail wearers. It has an open tube (spout) at the top from which your point-tail can hang. The spout can sit up or be folded over.

You can showcase a variegated yarn or use a plain one and embroider it.

It is knitted in-the-round in stocking stitch (stockingnette) and requires increasing, decreasing and a sort of three needle bind off. Needles required are a 3.75mm circular (US 5) and matching dpns.

Gauge is 22sts to 10 cm or 5 1/2 sts to 1 inch.

Pattern comes in 3 sizes covering from 4 years up to medium-large adult. Small size requires around 110 m/120 yards, medium 120m/131yards and large 142m/155 yards.
