Product Description
This sport weight triangular shawl incorporates two distinct cable stitches. One is a two row cable (Aran), so if you have never worked a two row cable, but would like to try, this may be the pattern for you. The other is a Japanese cable-lace stitch, and both are combined with a garter ridge stitch. It is knit bottom up to allow you to customize the shawl as you would like.
There are also instructions for an optional crochet edging and tassels. Further, if you would prefer to make this shawl in worsted weight, change to size U.S. #8 (5.00mm) and the pattern will work as written. To make the shawl smaller, just stop knitting sooner, and bind off when it is the size you like.
The stitches are charted only.
Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming some cable lace experience)
Any sport weight yarn and/or any worsted weight yarn will work with this pattern.
