Picnic Basket Applique

This is the pattern for a picnic basket appliqué.

There is also a video tutorial for the pattern available on my YouTube channel.

I’ve used 4 ply cotton and a 1.25mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

1 colour of cotton or wool, I used 4 ply crochet cotton.

A crochet hook, I used a 1.25mm hook.

Scissors.

Darning needle to weave in ends.

Sewing needle and thread to sew the handle to the basket.
