Parker - child's raglan bear sweater

This children’s 8ply raglan sleeve sweater has a round neck, 1x1 rib bands and three buttons at the back neck.

The two Bears can be knitted into the front by following the graph or written instructions (the pattern includes both), or embroidered on once the knitting is complete.

Pattern sizes: 1 (2-3-4) years.

To fit chest: 50 (55-58-60) cm [19¾ (21¾-23-23½) ins].

Actual measurement: 58 (63-66-69) cm [23 (24¾-26-27¼) ins].

Length: 33 (40-42-44) cm [13 (15¾-16½-17¼) ins].

Yarn required: Panda Magnum 8ply, 100g balls@310m.

2 (2-2-3) balls Main Colour.

1 (1-1-1) ball Contrast Colour.

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

Other requirements: 5 stitch holders; 3 buttons.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.
