I received my order quickly, but I had ordered the wrong wool, and had to return this for Aran weight wool of the same brand and colour. The returns process was quick and simple and my new wool arrived in 2 days. This has knitted up perfectly.
l chose the colour and was shocked when it came the colour was nothing like what l saw on the web site, l know the colours are not exact but l would not choose this washed out colour in a million years. l did not send it back as l was ill
This is a extra chunky wool blend. It is knitting up well. My only negative is that of the 7 balls I’ve used so far 5 have had knots in so need to cut and rejoin yarn, therefore more ends to weave in
