Review summary
Most reviewers praise the colours, which they say match the website, and the soft, easy-to-work cotton. Complaints are uncommon. A few mention packaging that looks different from the pictures, and some find the yarn thinner than DK weight.

I use this yarn for crochet very often. It is smooth without being shiny. The range of colours is excellent. The price is reasonable, particularly when there’s an offer. Good stitch definition. Easy to work with.
I have never tried this yarn either, I was thinking it was going to compare to Scheepjes cotton 8, not quite. It’s a bit thicker which is just fine, with Scheepjes 2.5/3mm hook is perfect. With Paintbox a 4mm works best. Again just perfect for the blanket I have in mind. It is very soft, I have ordered more of each color for the London Garden I believe it’s called. Lovecrafts sold out of the pinks, but I was able to find them on Amazon for $1.00 more with free shipping with my Prime, so not too...
I have used yarn to crochet amigurumi toys and it is producing great looking figures. I also knit and crochet Christmas chocolate orange covers. I am extremely happy with all my projects.
Love these paintbox cotton yarns. They are so easy to knit and crochet with and the colours are true and beautiful.
Love the colour palette - used to knit baby blanket. Yarn colours as shown on website and excellent cotton quality. Good value for money and good choice of palettes.
This yarn was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad she did. The colors are vibrant, the fibers are exceptional. Highly recommend.
Use this yarn for the Bello Coco "Not on the high street bag". Also found it washes well.
Needed these for knitted knockers So soft and doesn't split like some of the other recommendations
Ideal for amigurumi as it holds its shape well . Lovely colours
I am fairly new to making granny squares so am a bit slow at the moment but I will persevere as I love the colours and pattern combinations available . I am working from a book I purchased elsewhere.
