This tutorial will accompany you step by step to a colourful die with numbers, a varied toy for the whole family. Toddlers can train their motor activity and sensors, then they learn colours and numbers and later the whole family can use the cube for traditional board games.

This tutorial does not include crochet basics, but requires some experience. The following techniques are used: chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, colour change, crochet in rows (Uk crochet stitch terms).

The tutorial includes pictures and diagrams that will help you to understand the production process.

If you use cotton yarn with a yardage of 200y/3.5oz (90m/50g) and a hook size 3.5, the cube will get a side length of approx. 10 cm. The size will deviate if you use different yarn or hook. The toy will be suitable for children from 1 year and older.
