Nordic skier beanie

I got a pattern request for a nordic skier beanie. And with Uta's help I can still publish this pattern during the winter olympics. Thanks a lot Uta for knitting the hat for me! It is a two colored beanie with a corrugated - two color ribbing, followed by a Norwegian star border pattern, a fence (for the audience). Then come the nordic skiers, fighting to win... skiing through the snow covered forest.

At the top is a beautiful star, surrounded by some more skiers!

As the beanie only uses two colors through the whole project, it is also suitable for fair isle knitting beginners.

Uta has uses 4-ply sock yarn for the beanie, Alternatively you can also use 4-ply Acrylic or Merino yarn.
