This is my go-to baby blanket pattern for that "very special" baby. It looks challenging, but it is a joy to make and easy to finish. The photos in the instructions are of two separate blankets crocheted with different trims. One features more yellow in the granny squares with a purple scalloped border. The other features a rose scalloped border.
