Product Description
his is a pattern for a knit shawl that features a beautiful single cable lace stitch that come to us from Japan. The focal stitch is an intricate and unique cable lace stitch that makes quite a statement. Further, the stitch forms its own decorative bottom edging. There are also instructions contained within the pattern for an optional crocheted edging.
Skill Level: Intermediate+ (assuming a basic knowledge of cable-lace knitting).
The stitch is charted.
Any heavy fingering weight yarn or sport weight yarn in which you can get a gauge of 4 1/2 st/s inch on a size U.S. #7 (4.5mm) needle will work for this shawl.
No crochet hooks are needed if you elect not to do the optional crocheted edging.
