Mini Brambles is a chubby little bear to knit up and love. This is the mini version of my popular "Brambles Bear" pattern. This size is perfect for popping in your pocket, tiny hands, or as a photographer's prop. The pattern is different to the original pattern. This pattern is knit in the round in separate pieces and seamed together at the end. While matching gauge isn’t terribly important, I suggest using a needle at least 2 sizes smaller than recommended for your yarn choice to give you a firmer fabric that will not allow the stuffing to escape. Additional materials needed include 100% wool roving for stuffing. Wool stuffing has a very pleasant weight and warmth to it that cannot be replicated with polyester toy stuffing. Although you could substitute with the toy stuffing, the wool stuffing helps to make for a sturdier and cuddlier bear.
