Product Description
The Milkshake Tank Top is simple yet stylish with a reversible design and garter stitch detailing at the sides and edges!
Intarsia is used to create different coloured halves but the top can be worked in just one colour if you want something suitable for beginners. The front/back panels are worked flat from the bottom up and the shoulders are joined using a three needle bind off. This top knits up quickly and is a great introduction to intarsia if you haven’t tried it before! Useful links to help with new techniques are included.
This pattern is written for 12 sizes and is colour coded throughout for clarity. The length is completely adjustable so you can make this any length you like - for more details and for approximate yardages see the size charts provided with the pictures.
Techniques: casting on, knit, purl, knit and purl decreases, intarsia (optional), 3 needle bind off, seaming.
Tension: 15.5 sts x 27.5 rows to 10 cm over stocking stitch.
