Marmotta maxi scarf

The 2nd of February in North America is Groundhog Day (Marmotta is the italian for Groundhog!), a tradition that dates back centuries. It is said that if the animal comes out of its hole to see the sun, winter is almost over and spring will come soon. Just to be sure, and lacking a groundhog hole to watch, I'd say it is better to knit a super-warm and extra-cosy maxi scarf (which by the way is unisex!) to fight off the cold weather with style.

Materials:  • Rowan Brushed Fleece, 400 g (105 m/50 gr), 65 % wool 30 % alpaca 5 % polyamide, shown in colour 254 Tarn  • 6 mm crochet hook  • Tapestry needle
