One of my favorite things to do is design little skirts for my youngest to wear. :) I've had this skirt design on my mind for the past year when I designed the coordinating "Making Waves" Leg Warmers. I'm so glad I finally finished so that I can share with all of you. :)

"Making Waves" Girls Skirt is my Original Design! It is a very versatile skirt as it can be made in any color combo and made to be more dressy or more casual depending on the color, ribbons, appliques etc. My daughter's favorite thing about this skirt is that it "flares up" as she twirls. What little girl doesn't love that?! :)
