Design Overview

The pattern utilizes fundamental knitting stitches including knit and purl stitches as the foundation. The five contrast color options include Steel Grey (CC1), Grey-Pink Speckles (CC2), Graphite Grey (CC3), Rose Gold (CC4), and Granite Speckles (CC5), allowing for personalized color combinations. Knitting is worked on 3.75mm (US size 5) needles. The yarn weight is specified as 3-ply and 4-ply, making this an ideal project for those working with sock-weight yarns.

Gauge and Finishing Notes

The unblocked gauge for this project is 21 stitches over 10 centimeters. However, achieving an exact gauge match is not crucial for this design; a range of 20 to 22 stitches per 10 centimeters is considered acceptable.
