Instructions are given for the cardigan in three sizes 0-3 mths, 3-6 mths and 6-12 mths, for the rompers in four 0-3 mths, 3-6 mths, 6-9 mths and 9-12 mths. The rompers are knitted bottom up. The back and front are worked to the top of the leg openings as separate pieces and are joined to knit the body in one piece. The front and back arethen worked separately to form the front and back bib sections. Once the side seam is completed, stitches are picked up around the leg openings to work the leg borders. The cardigan has minimal shaping, a careful watch on the number of stitches on each row during shaping (decreasing and increasing) must be maintained as it’s easy to make mistakes. Instructions are provided for the bonnet in two sizes, 0-6 months and 6-12 months. This pattern is suitable for an intermediate knitter. To knit the bonnet you will need 1 (170m) ball, to knit he rompers you will need 2-3 balls depending on the size and to knit the cardigan you will need 2-4 balls.
