When friends went to Namibia this summer to see and enjoy the animals, I started to think about lions. Meanwhile, I also started to think about Lena's "Howl-o-ween" costume for the annual Ritz Carlton's "Yappy Hour" party ... and Lena's Lion Dog Sweater was born. I designed the sweater to fit miniature Dachshunds and other small breed dogs. It's knit flat and then seamed and for the Advanced Beginner or Intermediate knitter, it should be a fun and easy knit. I've included special instructions for techniques new knitters may not have tried yet and as with all my designs, I'm here to help with any questions you may have. I want you to have a lot of fun making this sweater for your little "wild animal" and get a stupendous result.
