Lillian Vintage Shrug

This vintage-inspired shrug is easy to knit and easy to fit. The body is knit flat in a simple lace rib, then sleeves are seamed from cuffs to armholes. The collar and edging is worked last in a stretchy brioche stitch. The sizes given are a guideline, but it's quite simple to adjust the shrug to your body as you go.

To Fit:

Upper arm circumference: 10-11 (12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-21)"

Finished Measurements:

Sleeve circumference: 12 (14, 16, 18, 20, 22)"

Back length (not including collar): 16 (18, 20, 22, 24, 26)"

Wingspan (cuff to cuff): 35 (36, 37, 38, 39, 40)"

Worsted weight yarn: 520 (585, 680, 770, 860, 950) yds

Shown in Sweet Paprika Andante (100% superwash merino wool; 110g/195 yds), 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 5) skeins Jacaranda.
