Like a Waffle

“Like a Waffle” is a quick-to-knit raglan cardigan with a lovely waffle pattern on the body. The sleeves come with two options: bell-shaped or balloon-shaped. It is worked from the top down back and forth with raglan increases and German short rows are used to shape the front neck. After the sleeves are set aside at the underarm, the body is worked to the hem with Waffle pattern. The sleeves are knit in the round with increases, to 3/4 length for Bell sleeve version and full length for Balloon sleeve version. The front and neck edging are neatly finished using I-cord, with integrated buttonholes.
