Product Description
Ladies' Sampler Socks

- Newly updated & re-tested in 2023
These socks are toe-up, fitted heel (created with short rows), multi-textured, knee-length socks.
Featured stitches include Basket Weave, V Stitch, Diagonal DC Basket Weave and Crocodile Stitch.
The pattern is fully written, with photographs for explanation at various intervals.
Included are a couple of options for the top of the socks - from 1 to multiple rows of 'Crocodile Scales'.
Yarns suggested are DK / 8ply. You will need around 500m to complete a pair with 1 row of Crocodile Scales around the top. More yarn (up to 100m) will be required to complete more rows of 'Crocodile Scales'. I have suggested some lovely yarns, but your favourite DK yarn (or 2 strands of sock yarn) would be ideal.
