Good yarn with some faults
The yarn knits up nicely, but I have found quite a few faults in the balls of wool that I have had to cut out and rejoin. Otherwise, it would have shown up in the center of the garment. They are unnoticeable as I try to join at the end of a row.

While the mills we work with do their best to minimise knots, they can occur when new threads are joined during spinning, and up to three knots per ball is generally considered within the industry standard.
