I love this yarn for baby items. It’s so soft and has a lovely drape to it. I find it’s a bit thinner than some double knits, but I like that as I like working in 4ply. The colours in this yarn are lovely as well. I always buy this yarn.
Lovely and soft. I use it to knit baby blankets for the sick babies in intensive care. Softness is my primary concern for these babies. It knits up really easily and is silky to the touch. It comes in lots of different colours so I can imagine them all under different colours and individually wrapped, like little presents waiting to be unwrapped
The King Cole Comfort Baby wool was recommended to me. It lived up to its name. The yarn is very soft and washes well. The colour I chose this time, Eau de Nil, is beautiful and true to the colour as advertised by Love Knitting. I used the wool to make a baby blanket.
Lovely colour and very soft. Perfect for a babies jacket and matching pram blanket - so much so I have knitted about 6 of them in a variety of pastel colours and they have always been gratefully received!
King Cole Comfort baby DK is great value and lovely and soft. I'm making a baby shawl with it for my neighbour as she is expecting her first baby in the Spring. Lovely lemon colour which knits up well.
I did not order this colour. I ordered Vanilla Cream and Misty grey and they are lovely shades. I use this yarn for blankets and it knits up very well.
