The pattern is written for one size only, to fit an average size woman's head (22-23 inch circumference), with suggestions for how to modify the size.
You'll need two circular needles in US size 1 and US size 2, as well as four double pointed needles in US size 2. One skein of approximately 200-250 yards of fingering weight yarn will be plenty to complete this hat as written. Enjoy!
