I designed this several years ago for the Super Bowl, but hadn't published the pattern. Recently, I joined a Christmas crochet along, and my topic was "Men" so I thought it'd be a great time to pull this pattern out. With one skein, you can make several hats up fairly quickly, so it's a great gifting item, and with all sizes, you can make the whole family matching hats.
To make your own beanie, you'll need some worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart With Love), an I9/5.5mm crochet hook, and a tapestry needle.
Sizes included for newborn through adult large.
Gauge: 14 dc by 8 rows = 4"
Stitches You Need: single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet
