I chose garter-stitch intarsia to ensure the scarf lies flat and is reversible.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou will need approximately 600 yards of black DK-weight yarn, and 30 yards of each of the 7 colours.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMy scarf is 180cm long. Using a different needle size or yarn-weight will alter the size.
