Hat - hoodie

Easy Hat hoodie with cowl to keep your little one warm and comfy.

Skill level: easy

Sizes and finished measurements: 

• Age-size / Length of hood / Width of hood (folded) / Neck circumference
• 12/18 months / 22cm or 8 ½ in /19cm or 7 ½ in / 27cm or 10 ½ in
• Toddler (up to 3 years) / 25cm or 10in / 23cm or 9 in / 32cm or 12 ½ in
• Child (up to 12 years) / 28cm or 11in /27cm or 10 ½ in / 35cm or 14 ½ in

For bigger sizes or more oversized look you can use worsted weight yarn and 5mm (H) crochet hook.

Materials: 

• approx. 50, 100, 150g or 160, 320, 480 yds of any DK weight (LIGHT 3) yarn. A suggested yarn is shown below.
• crochet hook 4 mm (G) or size needed to obtain the gauge
• 3 buttons
• tapestry needle
• stitch markers (optional, you can use contrasting color yarn strands as well)

Stitches used: 

• st(s) – stitch(es) 
• ch – chain stitch 
• dc – double crochet 
• sc – single crochet
