Yarn (Sample used) Cosy Posy Yarn Co, Soft & Cosy; 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon; 2 ply fingering; 400 yds (356.75 m); 3.5 oz (100 g); 3 hanks in Red Velvet (all was used to create shawl with tassels)

Needle US3 (3.25mm), 32” (80 cm) circular needle, to accommodate stitch count
