Halle - baby and child's headbands

This easy garter stitch headband can be adorned with a flower, bow or coloured bobbles. The pattern includes instructions for the headband and all three options. So quick to knit and a great way to use up your left over yarn.

Pattern sizes: 3 months (6 months-1 year-2 years-4 years-6 years)

To fit head: 40 (45-50-51-52-53) cm [15¾ (17¾-19¾-20-20½-21) inches].

Yarn required: Headband: approx 8 (9-9-9-10-10) grams of acrylic 8ply double knitting yarn in main colour (MC). Flower: scraps of 8ply double knitting yarn in contrast colour (CC). Bow: scraps of 8ply double knitting yarn in contrast colour (CC). Bobbles: scraps of 8ply double knitting yarn in 1st contrast (C1) and 2nd contrast (C2).

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing up.
