Fox Family Mitts - fingerless gloves

These cosy fairisle mitts are worked in the round from cuff to palm and feature a repeating fox pattern. Knitted in a supersoft alpaca mix – perfect for winter. They have a ribbed cuff and palm edge.

They have been designed to have a simple pattern with minimal rows requiring floats to be caught, so they’re perfect for beginners to colourwork, as well as being a quick and enjoyable knit for more experienced knitters.

Suggested yarn: Drops Nord 4 Ply - 45% Alpaca; 30% Polyamide; 25% Wool; 50g/ball. 1 ball of each colour required to make a pair of mitts, but you will have plenty left over for other projects.

You will need:-

1. 1 set of circular needles size 2mm (US0) or size needed to match gauge
2. 1 darning/wool needle for weaving in ends
3. Stitch markers
4. Stitch holder / scrap yarn
