Flying Elephants

In any color you can dream of (or have in your stash), this pattern makes a fanciful winged elephant, or you can leave off the wings for a normal (or at least Earth-bound) elephant. Either way, this elephant is a cutie!

Gauge is not crucial. You can easily make a bigger or smaller elephant by varying the yarn and hook. With worsted-weight yarn and a G-6 hook, you will make an elephant about 6" long.
