Fly Fly Mittens

These striped mittens are worked in Tunisian crochet. To accent the Tunisian Simple Stitch, I came up with the fly stitch which connects the rows.

skill level: medium, easier if you already know Tunisian crochet.

yarn: 40 g of Zitron Seidenstrasse (65% virgin wool, Merino extrafine, 35% silk) in two contrasting colors, i.e. 20 g each

hook: 4 mm and 5 mm Tunisian crochet hooks (sizes G an H)
