The Flower Coaster is a decorative crocheted coaster designed for table settings, measuring approximately 5 1/2 inches in diameter. This project creates a finished piece suitable for protecting furniture surfaces while adding a handmade, artistic touch to home décor. The design features a floral motif with distinct flower, leaf, and background elements worked in contrasting colors.

This is an intermediate-level crochet project that combines fundamental crochet techniques to build a circular, dimensional design. The coaster is constructed using the round method, working from the center outward in concentric rings. This approach allows crafters to create a structured, flat piece with defined shaping and color blocking.
