Fish Soap Holder / Scrubber

What a nice gift, with a lovely scented bar of soap! Knit this openwork holder in shape of a fish. Easy to knit! The openwork helps the scent pour through. Use the soap holder as a scrubber in the bathtub, and it will dry quickly because of the openwork design. Make lots of these in cotton crochet thread, and knitting needles, US # 8. Finished size is about 5½ inches long, with soap in it. It may depend on size of soap you use, for finished size. Make one for each of your knitting guild members!
