Felted Amigurumi Cat

Need a quick, easy, gift or just a little cat of your own? Love knitted toys but hate fiddling with all the little pieces? This little felted cat with an amigurumi feel can be whipped up in no time with wool scraps. Each body piece is cleverly constructed flat and seamlessly in garter stitch, felted, and then joined with a quick whip stitch. A few simple embroidery stitches provide the finishing touches. Tips for felting by hand are also included. This pattern has been designed to give the knitter many options for needles and yarn so that you can use what you have on hand.
