Elephants never forget

They are worked in the round, using the intarsia colorwork technique. My sample of the mitts have the charts switched from that which is written in the final pattern, because I like the thought of the elephants facing each other upon completion of the project.

The pattern is only written for one size, but going up or down on yarn weight/needle size will result in slightly smaller or larger mitts.

Materials: US 5-3.75 mm DPNs US 6-4 mm DPNs DK Weight yarn in two contrasting colors Approx. 60-80 yards of main color and 20-30 yards of contrast color.
