Easy Crochet Cotton Beach Bag

I have designed this easy crochet bag using basic crochet stitches in US terminology of chains, single crochet, half double crochets and double crochet stitches so it is not complicated but still has an overall affect of looking fabulous. For UK and Australian crocheters there is a stitch conversion for you.

This pattern is very easy to follow with a concise 14 page step by step guide showing large images at each stage. This bag is worked in a round so there are no seams to join at the end. For this pattern I have used a 2mm cotton macrame cord but a 10 ply chunkier cotton or jute style yarn would work equally as well.
