Brilliant purchase
Ordered this on a Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Very very pleased with it especially as it was on offer. Had been looking at it for several months and so glad I decided to purchase it.

A one time gift from my Husband and very much appreciated. Very well packaged and a gift that will be well used.
Chest of threads
I am very pleased to have all the colours of DMC stranded cotton and somewhere to keep them. The chest is OK, the finish inside could have been better and needed a thorough clean to remove some of the excess staining product before I put the threads inside. It is not a smooth finish inside and could have been sanded to improve this.
Great product.
The chest and threads are beautiful (as expected). Takes a while to sort the threads as they are supplied in number, not colour/shade order. My first chest arrived damaged beyond repair and Love Craft took a few days to address this to my satisfaction and respond appropriately. After a few calls to the helpline and an about a dozen emails the super-efficient Lily answered one of my calls and resolved the problem within an hour or so. I hope she’s promoted very soon, she single-handedly restored...
What a beautiful box and contents. A joy to own
Reliable.
As a disabled person who can’t get to shops this is an absolute dream come true for me. I am now designing my own embroidered pictures and loving the choices of colours this gives me. Beautiful thread and easy to use storage box.
