Dip-Dyed Soap Cozy or Small Gift Bag

For the third pattern in my Dip-Dyed CAL, I am sharing the Dip-Dyed Soap Cozy or Small Gift Bag! This is my 8th soap cozy/gift bag design. They are so much fun to make. I enjoy using them as gift/favor bags, but they are also perfect for a handmade bar of soap. This pattern can now be viewed on the EyeLoveKnots blog for free, but there is no printer friendly option.

Materials: Less than 75 Yards of Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn - I used Lily Sugar n Cream in Ecru and Hot Green, H8/5mm Crochet Hook, Tapestry Needle for Weaving in Ends, and Jewelry Pliers are optional

Yarn Alternatives: Bernat Handicrafter, Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran, Rico Creative Cotton Aran, Crafter's Secret Cotton Yarn (from Hobby Lobby)

Jewelry pliers are an excellent tool to use to help weave in ends when working with cotton yarn.

Time Spent: Just under 45 minutes.

Gauge: Not essential unless working to fit a specific item. In the round, 15 SC in BLO = 4"
