Product Description
The Diamond Daze Cowl is a fully reversible, double-sided cowl knitted from 2 balls of yarn.
It can be worn with the top edge folded down, but when left unfolded the cowl covers the mouth and nose for those super cold wintry days.
The cowl is wider at the base for the shoulders, and narrower at the top to snuggle the neck.
The cowl is knitted in the round and the Main and Contrast Colours are reversed on the inside making it fully reversible.
Any Fingering or Light fingering weight yarn can be used.
A Lace weight yarn with a slight halo (fluffiness) can also be used.
2 x 400m skeins will make a full length cowl of 9-10 pattern repeats, 30cm long.
2 x 300m balls will make a mid-length cowl of 7-8 pattern repeats, 23cm long.
2 x 200m balls will make a cowl of 5-6 pattern repeats, 16cm long.
The cowl’s circumference is 55cm at the top edge and 75-80cm at the lower edge.
